walking again after hit & run

I watched a video about the circular saw thing, it doesnt actually spin and rotate, it vibrates back and forth, so even if they 'go too far' it would just momentarily touch and move the skin back and forth so would do no damage, its how they take them off, its not like a circular saw in a garage that spins around at 10000rpm, so its an interesting mechanism, as I always thought the same.
