This is only my recommendation: they don't fuck around wit people, but since you are a Pacific tourist, plus you are black, they will not mess wit you. They know who exactly is a treat or a menace for them, other than they will probably ask you where you came from, obviously looking at you at first we will say, USA, But knowing you are Haitian or whatever. The country is going to a different direction, and there is more an more military and cops surrounding the most difficult and dangerous areas ,as you know there is places in L.A where you can't even step a foot, so, same way there ,but this time is different..keep it up wit the videos...
