If you still need the word for milk, it's "nom" (rhymes with Rome). "Mee nom, krap?" would be "Have milk, Ma'am?" with "in it" implied. Technically the full correct grammar would be "Mee nom, mi krap" or "Have milk [in it] or not, Ma'am?" or more loosely in English "Does it have milk, Ma'am?"
