Heel sounds are such a random trigger for me but I remember getting tingly in elementary school when teachers would walk around in them! It’s rare in ASMR videos (since most are done sitting down I think) unless it’s the main focus of the video and this is such a nice little treat!!

Hello my friend,my Mama passed away 3 days ago and you just don't know what your videos have done for me. I have been in a drug and alcohol recovery program since May 1st of this year and that's when I came across your videos and it has changed my life. It soothes my heart my mind and my soul. Losing my Mama has caused me the worst pain that I have ever felt. She was my biggest cheerleader and now she's gone😢. My grandmother was an incredible dressmaker and a gifted artist with knitting and crochet work. She made the most amazing clothes for me throughout my life until she lost her sight in her late 70's. My very first experience with asmr was at 6 or 7 years old, standing barefoot in her sewing room, trying to hold as still and straight as possible as my grandmother took meticulous measurements, quietly chattering to herself in French as she recorded them on a notepad. Thank you for reminding me of such a precious memory ❤ You have a unique gift, and the world is a little bit better because you choose to share it 😊

Recovering from surgery, this is exactly what I needed. I had stage 4 DIE endometriosis removed, a spinal nerve detrapment, and appendectomy all at once so I’m feelin pretty slow and crappy. This is perfect to relax to thank you ❤️
