We then stroll down Biblioteksgatan, one of Stockholm’s premier shopping streets. Named after the nearby National Library, Biblioteksgatan has been a retail hub since the 19th century. Enjoy the blend of high-end boutiques and historic architecture as we walk.
Norrmalmstorg has some historical significance.
Our walk concludes at Norrmalmstorg, a square with a notable history. It was here in 1973 that a bank robbery led to the term "Stockholm Syndrome," describing hostages developing a psychological bond with their captors.
