There's no absolutes, sister. Many of our women are also very miserable, either through a lazy husband, abusive husband, or dead husband. And because our women are entirely dependent on a man to provide for them, if their husband/father/brothers are not in the picture (and it does happen), they are completely helpless. They can't just start a career out of the blue at that point. The western lifestyle has its flaws as you noticed, but it can also be beneficial for women. I think the right approach is somewhere in the middle.
