Dear Tom I don't mean this in any way to be mean, you said and, umm, ahh 10 times within the 1st minutes of speaking. It's a huge pet peeve of mine enough that I couldn't finish watching. I'm pointing it out only to help you with your public speaking, since you're going to have alot of interviews. I took several speech classes in school also in college. Please don't hate people I don't mean any thing but to help Tom, or anyone else who may not be aware of the constant unnecessary over use of the words, and, umm, ahh, ya, mmm. You use those words when trying to compose a thought, if you are aware of it you can easily stop. Don't say anything mean that you wouldn't say to your grandparents. IMO : D
