I think this season is the one they start getting a bit more serious about choices actually having reasonable consequences beyond "dies later" or "dies now" for alot of the cast, being made by a more experienced Telltale than the initial two seasons. so You best be ready to try your best to keep alive whichever characters you care about, cause it definitely matters now.

The season literally has no tension in my opinion. Like at no point did I feel like the stakes were high this season. Another reason for that was due to the LACKLUSTER characters. Felt little to no attachment to any of them except Clem and MAYBE Javi. Also the main villain and reveal of her were garbage. 🗑️ Sorry not sorry. Worst TWD season IMO.

I mean if you can find a good amount of tissues or paper towels that works, or rags, and if desperate you can rip up some clothes, pads and tampons werent always a thing, back in the old days ppl had to make do with whatever they could that'd suffice lol hell if you kill or come around some already dead walkers and you have a source of water you can clean the clothes off of them and make several pads outta that, trust me women have options even in the apocalypse, we'll make it work.

season 3 is one of the interesting seasons in the walking dead. telltale is smart by this season, changing the main charater from clem to javi so you don't get bored from her. but anyways have fun

It wasn't boredom, they weren't even really going to bring her back for season 4 if it weren't for the fans. Ppl really complained about not getting to play her in season 3, this season was made to expand the universe and tell other stories. During the season 4 production Telltale was disbanding but luckily Skybound came in to help concluded Clementime's story for us, this series could've been several seasons longs with different main characters if weren't for them shutting down, ultimately this wasn't preplanned from the beginning it sorted ended up like this
