It is certain that the Biang Biang Noodle in Xi'an is the best, because it originates from there. Xi'an Muslim Square is my favorite destination when visiting China, far more than Hefang in Hangzhou let alone Wangfujing in Beijing.

And if you go in the eighth lunar month (around September), in the middle of the month around 16-18 of the eighth lunar month, you can witness the rare spectacular Tidal Bore phenomenon in the Qiantang River.

It is overwhelming, but that is part of the experience and so worth it! It's a must see and experience thing to do, we even went twice. We can only recommend a visit.
