With my two sisters and my niece, we decided to walk in the agricultural fields from the east of the village and collect local organic vegetables. Spring season is the season to collect fresh and organic vegetables and freeze or dry them for the whole season so that we can use them in different dishes such as Qorme sabzi and coco sabzi and the famous Iranian dish of local ash with local vegetables.
