Here is a walk from the Ives Steps Wharf which is situated just under the Sydney Harbour Bridge to the Barangaroo Reserve, final destination was at the end of the Burrawang Steps in the Barangaroo Reserve. Temperature was fine with some cloud cover and a temperature of around 23 degrees Celsius, this walk was done on Monday 29 April 2024 at around 2.30pm.

Wow... such a very nice and beautiful walk. Good to see you having time off and enjoying the walk on a weekday. I haven't been back this area for a while. This area has lots of nice restaurants around too. Thanks for sharing your fabulous walking video with us and happy weekend and stay warm too.

Thanks 🙂, glad you liked the walk and yes, there are lots of restaurants there, it's a shame I was at times walking into the sun (courtesy of a late start), it would have been good to feature more of the wharves in the walk. Perhaps I will leave that for another video. Hope you have had a nice relaxing weekend so far after a very hectic week at work 🙂

Thanks 🙏🙂, I did it last Monday afternoon, it was around 2.30pm so the lunch trade would have been pretty much over and being a Monday, not too many people around anyway. I would have preferred to do the walk on Saturday in the late morning but I knew what the weather would be like so glad I fitted it in last Monday.

Council pretty much got the urban design and landscaping right here. A good balance of many different influences. Showcases the natural, Indigenous and colonial identities of the harbour in a harmonious light.

I was impressed, it's the first time I had visited Barangaroo Reserve, it has been quite a transformation considering what was there before, the whole area for that matter, from there right down to Haymarket has changed so much over time, very different from my first recollections of the area.
