Thank you very much for posting this video. I spent 5 years in Brighton as a student from 2013 to 2018. I wish I can visit it again but this is impossible since I am an Iraqi nationality and they will never ever grant me visa. Very sad to watch this video. I crossed these roads and shops thousands of times. Brighton you will always be my home. Thanks again

Thank you very much indeed for sharing such a wonderful video of Brighton. I was born and bred there before leaving when I was 21. You visited a lot of my old haunts which was lovely to see again but the best bit was when you were walking on the pebbles with the waves crashing on the shore, such a soothing and calming sound. I have such a lot of memories of Brighton and watching this video has helped me relive them. Thank you so much!!

Bueatiful vedio, normally they just walk , you have shown buildings , that is great, I wish you could add comments as well. I lived in Brighton in 70s while I was studying in Sussex. You have taken me back 35 years back .. Brighton is like a second home to me where I spent my youth .whenever I visit England I make sure to visit Brighton. Great town and great brightonions. Now I am retired and wish I could spend my retired life in Brighton ❤

Old footage been 25 degrees last how many days and most are wearing big ole coats. Still love this place born and raised Brightonian. See that tall building 10.03 that’s the collage and I could hit that from my back door with a stone, not that I have or would, and not that I could now lol as I moved to Queen’s Park recently. Cool place to live Brighton and it rocks in the summer. 46 years and still alive just. 😂 I love you brighton.

I lived here for twenty years of my life. I suppose, my adult ???? Life . Oh Brighton . This video shows the innards a bit more . Not just the usual seafront scenario . Look at those streets . OMG I had a ' thing ' with someone who lived on that street . Jeeze, the memories . Seagulls .♡♡♡♡♡ Brighton got its game back , its mojo ; back in the 90s I do believe. Just went from strength to strength . Prinny would be proud . Who are all the pies?????

Is that shop called 'Timeslip' you see directly ahead from 10:15 still open? I hope so, I've been meaning to go to Brighton and check that out for ages, I'm a Sci-Fi fan and I have heard it is a great DVD shop for that genre. I was gonna go this year actually but due to the pandemic etc, I had to leave it.

Love Brighton and neighbouring Hove. Unlike most British costal towns it’s got a great vibe, never dull. (Well, the weather can be though overall the climate isn’t bad). They need to knock down those dreadful soulless 60’s/70’s monstrosities then it would be really beautiful.
@ericarthurheathorn2592 жыл бұрын
Nostalgia. Thank you for taking me back 77 years to when invasion scares by Hitler we were allowed home to Hove ACTUALLY. Loads of white paint now whereas 40’s 50’s everywhere was grimy.Can still remember street scenes though.Thanks for the memories and Hove Manor School where i was educated.I made it.

Thanks! Leeds got away... I was in York ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/fWHJiKl_rd5rbqM ), wanted to stay in Leeds yet when there was no affordable accommodation that weekend went onwards to Hull ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/pl6vlWuanbx-rqM ). Also no place to lock away bags at the bus station. There are few places I'd like to record another time: Leeds, Exeter and Sheffield -- among smaller towns and North of Scotland. Will see when that can happen. Thanks for watching! - UK Playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PLaxUrZNxL7WKCP68UxiJCZZIeEG3y5or4

Mike Peirson I’ll tell you why it’s clearly old footage mate it’s been 25 degrees the last how many days and do you see anyone in T-shirts well a few but most in coats bit of a give away, failing that look at the description it’s October last year. 😂
