Very nice video. I enjoyed it very much. My family is from northern Germany and I was lucky enough to visit in 2000 with my mom. We stayed 2 weeks and went from Hamburg all the way down to Munich. What a wonderful trip. The best! Thank you for your videos.

I have enjoyed your videos for a while. I was signed in as Madheji when I did comment, but lost the the password, that’s how long I have been on KZbin. Another gem of a video of a small German city. I really liked the explanation and references to time. and the place keep up the good work. Thank you

26:17 The gate to the left leads to the bicycle parking of my old school the Domgymnasium. Probably one of the coolest locations for a school, if you don’t mind walking up there everyday

Thanks for putting timestamps indicating the neighborhood. Cross-streets or GPS coordinates would be even better so that viewers can orient themselves and follow along on a map... 🗺

Lovely!! It is nice seeing my hometown through other peoples eyes ;-) Unfortunately you missed Weihenstephan...
@poptravelorg3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! On another day I actually walked to Weihenstephan and had a beer at the beergarden from the brewery. When I return to Freising someday I'd probably start the tour there at the beergarden, walk to the Freising town center and finally up the hill. Back in October 2020 it was rather quiet and dark early though - just like now. I enjoyed my few days in Freising...some relaxing area after a week in Munich. Thanks for watching!

@@poptravelorg yeah, I was about to say that visiting Freising at better light conditions would have been more fun. However, I am glad you liked it...

This is the Narita of Germany. Popular International Airport nearby and most people just go straight to Tokyo/Munich instead of staying a day in the town close to the airport!

@poptravelorg3 жыл бұрын
Mal sehen, was 2022 bringt

Yes, me too. Scandinavia didn't work out this summer as I was in Germany and some Baltic countries. Winter was already filmed so I'll see what next year brings
