Max, words are not enough to express my love for this beautiful Hakka village video. I can't wait to share this with my family as we are originally Hakka people from eastern Guangdong province. This is so cool to be reconnected with our heritage. It is so unique compared to other villages that I have seen in China and really shows the diversity of Chinese culture to the world. Has this place become a major tourist attraction? It seems pretty quiet, maybe because of the rain. Once again, Max, you are the best out there.
@WalkEast3 жыл бұрын
Soooooooo glad to hear that, my dear friend. Since I knew that you're originally Hakka people, I guess you would have interests on this video, now you said it, even shared with your family.... It's my greatest pleasure and you made my videos be so meaningful! Thank you very much for your always support and encouraging words. This place is kind of major tourist attraction. But this is a cold rainy winter, so fewer people would visit there in a bad weather day. In the hot season, there're tons of people in this village. Guess what? I like fewer people in this site, because more peaceful and quiet.... All the best to you!

The size of them Banyan trees, I’ve always wondered what they are called and now I know 👍 cheers man 😊 I’ve seen them in many videos from all over China but the ones here are big. Very idyllic location and with the internal tourism you can bring to each other it will help each other! And oh boy you are spoilt for choice when it comes to picturesque areas to visit. 56:40 😍😍 the dragon 🐉 carvings or moulds into the column wow, that a temple being rebuilt ? whatever it is it’ll be stunning. Cheers for sharing and watch out it’s raining 😂🤣

Wow, I know you would have some amazing and interesting words to me, dear friend! Now you did it, and thank you very very much! I love the animation movie Big Fish & Begonia too, and that's my energy to explore this place! The old trees are the treasure of the village. For me, they are the most valuable ones. A 667 years old tree and a 668 years old trees together....People think they are husband and wife...XD That dragon carvings place is a newly built temple. Now the village becomes richer and richer, so they have money to build a temple to prey. Thank you very much, my lovely friend!!
