Well, I would go for something simple. Perhaps "Backwards Walk" or just simply "Walk" or something. Rather not go "AMAZING GUY WALKING BACKWARDS MUST SEE!!!" because even tough those kind of titles get lots of views, they are still pretty dang annoying. Those are just suggestions, of course it's your own decision what you name your video.
