Just got back from San Francisco, stayed in this district (Tenderloin) and yes there are many stores closed, homeless people on drugs everywhere. And it was cold, it’s warmer in most parts of Canada. Cmon SF, you’re better than this. Get the place cleaned up and take back control of your city.

No, this is the sketchy part of the city. Nicer areas are outside downtown. Worst areas are Tenderloin, parts of SOMA (south of Market St)

Homeless have no place to store clothing. They carry everything with them. They probably dont want to get their clothing stolen.
