Back in the 70's my uncle grew sudex which is a sudan hybrid in Tennessee. I helped harvest it many times. Sometimes he was able to get four cuttings a year. I do remember you don't want to wait till it starts getting the seeds on the head.

Tridan lll Try to cut usually around 40-50 days. Seeded this 45-50 lbs per acre.

Normally I plant Green Grazer from seedway. I forget what this one is. That year it was hard to get and took whatever the local mill could find.
