Thank you Brigitte for the detailed comment! This video was one of the earlier walks on the channel. The camera software improvements over the year now makes everything a bit smoother and I usually walk faster now. I'm quiet often in Wroclaw as it remains one of my favourite cities of Poland. When people go to Dresden or Prague I usually recommend a trip to Wroclaw (2 nights+) if the've never been to Poland as you can go up to Poznan and back to Germany and Berlin, where most travellers head to at some point

Thank you! I hold everything in my hand. I'm using a DJI Osmo Pocket and a Zoom H1 microphone for the audio. The audio is optimized and synced before upload with the video. Both devices are connected to a power bank for long filming. In case audio comes from the Osmo Pocket it is noted in the video description. This is one of the earlier videos - the 14th I recorded. The firmware of the Osmo Pocket was improving over time. Now the Pocket 2 has way smoother stabilization, especially when panning while walking. There are a few newer Wroclaw videos on the channel and I may be there end of this week for recording a walk with the DJI Pocket 2

Was there in 2018 when the World Cup was on, the main square looks so much better without all the marquees that were up then. Really enjoyable 3 days, the people are so friendly and helpful and of course food and drink is really cheap...

Incredible footage. I can run it in a multiple speed and still have no sharp movements. I haven't been there a year & the video recalls places and landmarks. I assume that if you will add indications of gps and street names you can gain more rating, since this is a good substitute to a real walking. Thank u.
@poptravelorg5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment. I will possibly add closed captioning for place names and comments once I tone down the video creation. With more time during winter I may upgrade or edit these clips. I will test it out later whether people are using such added content - good idea!

Is Wroclaw a most beautiful city in Poland?
@poptravelorg5 жыл бұрын
Every city has its own style. I would avoid ranking by "beauty". For example Krakow, Wroclaw, Torun are considered beautiful cities of Poland yet are different. I like Wroclaw due to the proximity to Dresden/Germany and Czech Republic or Poznan even. Krakow is interesting considering you can go to Zakopane for hiking/skiing or to Lviv / Ukraine in a day. Torun is UNESCO heritage small medival town. For tourism Krakow is #1 in Poland and probably considered most beautiful in the country

@@poptravelorg I like Germany. But I didn't went to Poland. Which is the most German city or look alike city in Poland?
@poptravelorg5 жыл бұрын
The most German city lookalike in Poland would be Wroclaw probably. Before WWII it was a German city (Breslau). Lviv (Lvov) in Western Ukraine was a Polish city before WWII so it also looks a bit like Poland there. I may do another Wroclaw walk soon and have Lviv coming up 29.10.2019 (more or less)
