When i visit London i get annoyed with the heavy crowds, but now when i saw London empty i got frustrated. it turns out that crowds are the cream of the city. looking forward to the day when London is bustling with life again. Love seeing everyone getting around on their bikes. We always mean to rent bikes when we’re there but the traffic makes it so challenging. Is it primarily Londoners moving around or is tourism, at least from around England, beginning again?

This is a special video showing some agitated protesters and the police barricades. We have known about these protest march and armless police (best in the world) seems to be the easy target of all. The sunny weather made the walk so good, again I felt like being there. Last year I have done some of these path. Thanks WW for documenting some scenes of London lockdown.

@@WatchedWalker I have watched the video again and the blue flashes mostly around 12:50 and St-James Street are not there anymore... so it is NOT your video! But if it is my connection I do not know why these blue flashes are present only in your videos... anyway your videos are ok, this is the most important 😊

That section of Green Park is a much nicer walk from Hyde Park Corner to the Ritz Hotel where Piccadilly becomes more interesting. Were there two horses, I saw apparently grazing in Green Park? Perhaps they were police horses. I must say during this lockdown central London while relatively free of traffic and pedestrians, has become a playground for big kids with bikes, they seem to swarm around everywhere, coming at you like large ants!

Watched Walker I thought after I posted the comment I probably sound like a grumpy old man! However when I was young we weren't allowed to ride bikes on the pavement, then the law became more relaxed, and pavements became a mixture of bike lane and pavement, and now the waters have become so muddied, that people ride bikes anywhere and everywhere.
