[Walking] Novi Sad - Serbia 4K

Walking around City of Novi Sad in Vojvodina, Serbia. I was on vacation and I had some free time to take a video tour of this beautiful city.
Novi Sad was founded in 1694 when Serb merchants formed a colony across the Danube from the Petrovaradin Fortress, a strategic Habsburg military post. In subsequent centuries, it became an important trading, manufacturing and cultural centre, and has historically been dubbed the Serbian Athens. The city was heavily devastated in the 1848 Revolution, but was subsequently rebuilt and restored.
The Name of Mary Church ( Crkva imena Marijinog ) is a Roman Catholic parish church in Novi Sad, Serbia, dedicated to the feast of the Holy Name of Mary. It is the largest church in Novi Sad, and is located in the city center on the Liberty Square ( Trg Slobode ) , it was built in 1894. Town Hall is located at the same square and it was built in 1895 and has rich history.
Near the end of the video tour I was at Petrovaradin fortress nicknamed "Gibraltar on the Danube". It is located on the right bank of the Danube river. The cornerstone of the present-day southern part of the fortress was laid on 18 October 1692 by Charles Eugène de Croÿ. Petrovaradin Fortress has many tunnels as well as 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) of uncollapsed underground countermine system.
