I suppose those are the members of the Police and you think it's a good look to show off your intimate knowledge of the band to the point that you pretend to be on a first name basis with them, correct? I didn't bother googling to check since I don't care enough.

@@juliebraden6911 the badge of honor of (presumably) someone who grew up taking for granted the ability to easily acquire information is to avoid doing so as much as possible. Almost as though to say, “Just because I happen to be a digital native doesn’t mean that it has an effect on me.” I agree that you should learn about the Founding Father’s before delving into pop bands from the late 1970s. ☄️

Being born in 1970, The Police were one of my top three favorite bands/ musicians (Bowie and Gabriel being the other two). This was one of my favorites from The Police because of the ambience it has. This cover so beautifully captures and builds upon the songs innate flow. Great job. New subscriber!!

Great tune, cool rendition with a slight jam-band vibe. I was trying to figure out where the chord vamp was coming from, a hidden keyboard player or bad camera work? And then ah-ha!, the bass player was playing it with his right foot.

Playing a Banjo does not a "Bluegrass" Tune make. As lovely as this performance was, it had very little do do with "roots" music. Just sayin'.

"Walking on the Moon" isn't a "rock" tune, it's a reggae song. Check out some reggae-flavored cover songs by David Lindley and ElRayo-X, some famous and some less-known, there are plenty of them to be found on KZbin. "Quarter of a Man" easily makes my top ten list of best songs ever written.

@@brendamilloy2557 , I got to see Lindley play a bunch of times, both with a band and doing solo or duet gigs, but interestingly enough I never saw him play banjo even though he was a very accomplished banjo player. I loved his Oud, Bouzouki, Violin and Saz playing, not to mention the screaming lap-steel slide guitar (hearing lap steel through a Dumble amp at a distance of 10 feet is a life-changing experience!). I got to meet and talk to him at a gig; had two teenagers with me, so we all got to check out his instruments, and the boys went home with guitar picks, drumsticks and autographs!
