Depends on the weather. It’s pretty warm during the summer, and can be pretty cold here during fall/winter. It’s really nice here.

I’m going to Portland for the first time this October we’re staying at Hyatt house downtown. Hopefully you can walk on that area before October so I can check it out. Thank you.

Sure thing. That's a nice little hotel in a relatively nice part of Downtown on the southern side of the main waterfront right next to the street car. A bit south of that hotel is the South Waterfront area. It's mostly newly developed apartments but there's an gondala lift you can ride up to Marquam Hill to OHSU. I've never actually ridden in it myself but I'm sure there's probably a good view
