Walking Rugby

Walking Rugby is a social and enjoyable format of touch rugby which is getting people active physically and mentally and connecting them with the game and each other.
There are currently Walking Rugby groups in Pontypridd, Cambrian and Cwmbran with Cwm Taf Health Board even prescribing it through their social GP referral scheme.
