The Spanish are fond of siesta and fiesta. The exuberance is obvuous. Stiges looked like a typical sea side spanish town. People loves their outdoor life and cafe culture. Many kudos to people carrying those giant characters on their shoulder. Very nice video. There must be some expat British living there. Regards

The town is Sitges, about 35 kilometres southwest of Barcelona.

There are quite a few Brits there, however, the flag you see everywhere in the video is the Sitges flag - which does look very similar to the flag of England.
