We walk back in time to the 1960's in the FAIRHILLS neighborhood in Orange, California, and see how well the current residents have restored these historic EICHLER homes to their 1960's glory. The Fairhills neighborhood is one of three housing tracts in Orange County developed by Joseph Eichler in the 1960's (the others are Fairhaven and Fairmeadow - I have walking and driving videos on them, too). These Eichler-designed homes are considered iconic examples of mid-century modern architecture. They are highly sought after by homebuyers who appreciate the eclectic design and historic value of these homes.

Some of the landscaping is flat out dead,ugly.or boring. Can't say I'm impressed. Inside may be great, but it starts outside.
