I am shocked. Love this! I did a practice run and I was done after the second lap sprinting and barely had any energy left.

I've tried sprinting it too, to show why it's never a good idea, and I was left spent by the time I got to the machine. You can see my Sprint PARE here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmXVmKqYiahljKc

Hmm this makes the pare look very doable. Do you think it's because you use good technique on the obstacles that you were able to get the pare done while walking ?
@rlconditioning6 жыл бұрын
I do credit the technique to get me through the test. And although I'd consider my fitness to be at its lowest in a long time, I have years of endurance training to rely on.

Walking also works? 🤔
@rlconditioning2 жыл бұрын
The point of this video is to show you don’t need to run the course as fast as possible, that a fast paced walk is possible to pass. Wherever you do your official test, though, I do not suggest walking. Some testers may not appreciate it.

impressive, would have passed with that time haha
@JohnJoaneh4 жыл бұрын
why do you not recommend we do that for the real test? do they actually judge us on that?
@rlconditioning4 жыл бұрын
If you’re capable of running, and you pull this off, it can be seen as you making a mockery of the test. They want to see you’re best effort.

@@rlconditioning which is easier in your opinion, COPAT or PARE?
@rlconditioning Жыл бұрын
@@OYATca COPAT, no matter which version of the COPAT that’s performed. Some may argue otherwise, but I stand in my opinion. If you are trained in both, the COPAT is still easier, relatively speaking.

When jumping over vault , are we allowed to touch the vault and jump over it?
@rlconditioning6 жыл бұрын
The minimum is one step going up, the very top step, and one step going down. If you wish to take every step, you can.
@rlconditioning6 жыл бұрын
@@sreedevicdas For the PARE, you can touch the vault with any part of your body, as long as you make it over with control and land on the other side in control. Even if you could clear the vault without touching it, I wouldn't recommended it.

Can you do pare by walking is it allowed
@kilo56594 жыл бұрын
It isn’t against the rules, but it would be heavily frowned upon -as if you weren’t taking the test seriously and weren’t demonstrating your best effort
