Most notably, it is difficult to find an electric pole as chaotic as most cities in other Southeast Asian countries except Singapore. But Singapore is only a small country, only the size of Malacca or Penang.

In the 1980s-1990s when I went to Singapore then crossed the bridge to Malaysia I felt likes I’m somewhere in the third country far faraway from Singapore.
