Wondering why its full of mostly older people ? This is because the council and bankers have printed unlimited amounts of unbacked currency which has artificially risen local house prices by 9x the normal price. This resulted in an exodus of people under 40. All you find now in these coastal towns is abandonment, decay and budget deficits. I was here for 7 years until I worked it out. They dont want to share, they just want to exploit.
