76 years ago today, 19th July, our beloved country leader General Aung San was assassinated and left the country behind.
To honor his legacy, People named markets, Streets, Bridges, Parks and Stadiums with his name all over the country.
Bogyoke Market is one of the most famous among them. It’s located in Pabedan township Yangon Myanmar 🇲🇲 and is also recognized as one of the Heritage Building and Tourists attractions.

၁၉ ဇူလိုင် ဒီ​နေ့ဟာ ကျွန်ုပ် တို့ နိုင်ငံရဲ့​ခေါင်း​ဆောင် တစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်​အောင်ဆန်း လုပ်ကြံခံရလို့ကျဆုံးခဲ့ရတာ (၇၆)နှစ်ရှိပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကိုဂုဏ်ပြုတဲ့အ​နေနဲ့ ဈေး ပန်းခြံ လမ်း တံတား အ​ဆောက်အဦး အားကစားကွင်း အစရှိတာ​တွေကို ၄င်းရဲ့အမည်သတ်မှတ်မှည့်​ခေါ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
အဲ့ထဲကမှ ရှေး​ဟောင်းအ​မွေအနှစ်အ​ဆောက်အအုံ
စာရင်းဝင်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ရန်ကုန်မြို့က ဗိုလ်ချုပ်​ဈေးကို
အမှတ်တရအ​နေနဲ့ မျှ​ဝေ​ပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။

Right side from entrance, no. 14, was my late mom's shop (Soe Soe Jewelry Shop). Sold it to Hindu family in 2018 (a year before Covid) and now became Cherry Win.
