DBKL should charge all tourists to pay for entrance fee. Locals pay RM10 and foreigners pay RM 20 . That's for maintainence fee. The same goes to KLCC and all the parks . Nowadays nothing is free #DBKL #KL CERIA

It is good to charge some fees that way, otherwise, it will be flooded with all kind of vagrants and nonsensical stuff.
