For the Neo Hacker perk, you only need to do the Very Hard Hack, i went straight for the very hard thinking, well it aint gonna be that bad, and bam got the perk, then i did the others to see if i got anything but nope, nothing.

I know its a year too late but actually you don't need to do the hacking minigames in order to get the hacker neo perk, you can go straight for the ultra hard and get it, you get nothing else if you do the rest so just do the hardest one
