There are two major malls the South and North Premium Outlet mall. One has free parking, the other parking is $5. Both has good stores for general outlet shopping. Are you looking for a specific store? Also, there is tons of shopping on the Strip, but some are high end and not outlets.

No problem, glad to be of help. Las Vegas North Premium Outlet and Las Vegas South Premium Outlet. If you check out my Vegas playlist, I have one for the South Outlet, that's the one with free parking. I found plenty of deals there, shops were like Calvin Klein, etc. This one is indoors so it gets you away from the heat. I have not been to the North one but I heard that the shops there are more upscale. If you're traveling from California, there is also the Barstow Premium Outlets, an outdoor one.
