I remember when the og games graphics were pretty bad. But this video was awesome! Good job pixonic. Personal recommendation, there should be a campaign mode. Can't wait to see more videos.

This is awesome work. A lot of improvement from the previous cinematic. The lighting and generally the effects are on point for most of the scenes. The textures and models are detailed well for cinematic effect and the set design is very appealing. Overall direction felt pretty good as well, flow of events made sense. I do feel cinematography could have been a little more dynamic especially during the action scenes in the second half, getting the camera real low to the ground for a few shots with the "ticks" to also help exaggerate size differences. Main direction choice I would have taken differently is showing the Raven jump in from behind at 5:57 and destroying the other bot from above. It is it's ability after all. Understandable production costs are a thing though. The main thing for me is the animation though, or at least polish. It feels very lacking in weight. Same for the face animation, Nessa is nearly always neutral/relaxed or slightly smiling. The eyes/eyebrows especially feel bland. Lip syncing is slightly off as well. But criticism aside, I really enjoyed watching this. Considering the improvement the from last one, hoping to see good improvements in the next if there is one :D

100% agree..the facial animation is still ways off the best game cinematics. But overall this is still great. As for Raven, I think he lost the ability due to being broken

@@creativeearthian1702 yeah, makes sense, although I’d argue that when directing a cinematic, you typically want to be very dynamic in your shot and direction choices. Cutting to Nessa and hiding the action is very bland, and not putting the robots ability that it’s known for on display I just feel is a missed opportunity. Even if it was altered into a charge or something to make it clear it’s damaged, that’s better than cutting the shot completely. But anyway, just my view.

If only you, too, Pixonic, were more like Nessa, and not the corporations, we as your players would not only be more loyal, but also feel like we are heard. And yet, it seems like Nessa, we will need to keep fighting the OP robots and weaponry, that you always seem to make with the direct intentions to break the game. And so, we will continue to fight for change, in honor of Nessa. Now we are ready, like the robots we pilot, to battle you, Pixonic, in this constant struggle.
