Tom that Meridian street that you walked down I believe was the neighborhood with the old buildings I was telling you about. Nice old quiet neighborhood. So glad you get to spend a week down there. So much to see and explore.

Tom I think there's a real estate office on Ocean Drive and 1st street. They usually post listings for sale on the window as most other ones do too. This will give you an idea what the comps are.

Hey! Try the South of Fifth area. Quiet at night but walking distance to Ocean Drive and all the nightlife in South Beach. If you want city living - try Brickell
