First time viewer here, thanks for giving the tour. I highly think Sec. Bautista's plan (when he was with PAL) to expand Terminal 2 and that of the earlier DOTC plan must both come into fruition. I can see Sec. Bautista's plan in the proposed Terminal 2 North Annex consolidating PAL's International flights leaving PAL domestic flights in the original T2 North Wing. On the previous DOTC proposal on the other hand I can see the T2 South Annex consolidating both Cebgo and Sunlight together with the planned connection to Terminal 1 and the proposed subway station for Terminals 1 and 2.

I am very pleased that I am now able to access the PAL Mabuhay Lounge at the North Wing for my domestic flights! I heard that they have a separate section now for PAL million milers!

Million Milers, Premier Elite, and Business Class passengers flying PAL domestic flights can use the Mabuhay Lounge at the North Wing. At least it won’t be tough to find seats to what used to be a cramped lounge at the south wing! 😄

Still less food outlets compared with Terminal 3, covered parking is also only available at Terminal 3. Lets hope management makes all terminals equal. Still hoping NAIA becomes like Changi in the future with free shuttle or trains for all terminals.

Im glad that PAL decided to retain both Mabuhay Lounges at Terminal 2. It certainly would be a waste ofspace if they close the one that used to be for domestic flights. Hhhmmm. So pal uses the northwing, while airasia uses the south wing. After security though, at airside, can one wander around both wings? Is that darn glass door seperating the 2, still kept closed?

Good thing since it freed up the smaller Mabuhay Lounge. Back then it was difficult to find seats at the domestic lounge. At least now I can get to try the one at the North Wing without worries about finding a table. As for the glass partition, it’s now open, and passengers from Air Asia can freely crossover to the North Wing where they can try out the cafés there. Thank you for watching! 😊

@@chukkoi sir mitch, how will PAL's lounge situation at Terminal 1 be? Will thry be setting up their own Mabuhay Lounge there or will they just be contracting other lounges? I remember back in the early to mid 90s, they had a huge lounge thefmre at terminal 1 that had to be closed because of their transfer to terminal 2 when it opened in '99.

I am an Elite Premiere member, but I was wondering if you left out the fact that Elite members are or are not allowed in the lounges. When you talk about the lounges, are they only for million milers and premiere elite status members now? Thank you so much for another great video!

Hello Kiana! Nice to hear from you again! 😊 Premier Elite, Million Milers, and Business Class passengers get to use the lounge at the North Wing (which used to be the international lounge) while Elite and Comfort Class passengers get to use the lounge at the south wing. Take note that flights from Terminal 2 are all domestic flights. For international passengers, PAL has moved its international flights to Terminal 1 where they might be in contract with other airline lounges for now until they come up with their own Mabuhay Lounge there. ☺️

Hello! This is from Air Asia’s website: Baby strollers/prams/buggies can be carried free of charge as checked baggage provided they are used by a child or infant. Otherwise, a checked baggage allowance must be purchased. Foldable baby strollers are allowed as cabin baggage as long as it is within our cabin baggage allowance. You are free to use the stroller up till boarding before it is put into the aircraft hold.

Meron silang kiosk sa check in area sa T2. Kung wala kang iche check in na bags, you can just check in using the kiosk, get your printed boarding pass from the machine, then proceed na sa gate. You can also check in using their app, tapos screenshot mo nalang. Ino honor naman yon maski sa boarding. Don’t forget to bring ID’s. ☺️

Nakakasumpa ang dinanas ko sa air asia sa terminal 2 this month. Ang aga ko nag check in pero hindi ako nakasakay. Ang dahilan ay nilagay nila sa boarding pass ko ay gate 15 yon pala ay nilipat sa gate 16. Wla man lang tao nila na magsabi na lilipat na pala. Naghanap ako ng complaint desk pero wala. Rebook ako 8k byaheng Palawan. Ako ay nanawagan na huwag ng tangkilikin ang air asia. Very poor ang services nila...

I didn’t see any smoking area at the departure hall. If I needed to smoke, I’d have to go out and go to the far end of the terminal where cigarette smoking is allowed. However there’s a vaping lounge near the glass partition separating the North and South Wing. Good thing I switched to vape. No more going out, hahaha! Tnx tnx for watching! 😊
