There's another level to Em's verse. Eminem is crucified, and being a sacrifice for lyrical artists, bringing them into his flock(like Jesus, which was the obvious part)... Like a shepherd. Another word for shepherd: Pastor. What's another word for a place where you graze sheep/goats/cows? A pasture. What did Em spend the last part of his verse doing? Giving advice on how to approach the game to Grip. Like a pastor/shepherd. He's looking out for the people on his label. It's actually insane.

I love how you guys talk a lot about rhyme schemes. Most reactors only break down bars, but I think the technical aspect is also very exciting and it's probably my favourite part of Eminem's music haha. Also, my cheeks hurt from laughing at the Tory Lanez/Travis Scott part. Hilarious.

Although most of the reaction-channels I watched this on said Grip was fire, you're the first who really break his verse down and enjoy it. I know why I've been impatiently waiting for you two! (and I find it an actual sin that you're not more known. Your channel is so damn good!) And yes, the beat is very horror-movie-like. Good point about Grip guiding us through the chaos - I like that. (Also - ding-dong-ditching is elementary-school-stuff. Right? 😉 ) I want to point out that back in the day, they didn't use crucification against gods. In the Roman Empire, it was already considered the cruelest way to kill someone, and they used it against insurrectionists and runaway slaves. It was not considered the right death for a Roman citizen, though. After the Spartacus-rebellion, they crucified 6000 of his followers. I don't know if that's got anything to do with this bar, but I wanted to point out that it isn't necessarily that Eminem calls himself a God. He might just be saying that he's getting crucified for trying to do something against some kind of "ruling class"? I really don't know if this makes any sense 😁🤷♀️

I started watching you guys by searching for grip reactions. I love the vibe and how hype you two get over the bars. I highly recomend you guys check out more of grip. The reason i compare his work to kendrick isnt nescesarily because of his voice, but because when you listen to a song its really good, but when you listen to it in the context of the album, its even better. And the albums link (snubnose ends on him being shot, idft starts with his eulogy and the album is litterally called "i died for this!?"). Although its a long album with an hour in 17 songs, i dont get tired listening to it. It all fits together in the broader picture. Hope you do a couple of songs off idft. Keep up the good work!

*Constructive critisicm. Just commented on your reaction to Book of Rhymes, loved it. But then there was the reality, and we cant and shouldnt just run from it. If you read that comment you will understand this one better. I think Em has been shitting on autotune for a while know, and he mentions it pretty often. We reach sometimes but we really cant catch it all. And this one is a reach and miss, because Em always uses names to diss, he doesn't shy away from that, he actually called out Snoop one of the most famous rappers, OG. And later said it was all cool in Killer remix. I think he tries to criticise autotune mainly because, music is where Em is putting out his critisicm to the young rapgame. Not saying you shouldnt reach, if anyone should, you guys would be my choice. Love the reaction in general though. All love ❤
