hello, I installed astra 1.9 cdti 2260vk turbo, I installed 327 injectors, turbo boost 2.5 mbar, but I can't go above 220 ps even though chiptuning is done, can you help?

Does an A20DTH injector pump for the Z19DTH engine? Looking a low mileage pump for my z19 as it won't give over 125mbar when mapped. Holds 160mbar on the standard map without a problem

Yes you can use the A20DTH pump as a replacement, although still R70 cam these do tend to improve fueling

Hello. How much power this motor can withstand? Do it need forged connecting rods, pistons, ARP studs or something similar, if I want to reach 400hp with this motor? Or this diesel will withstand any bullying? Thanks for your answer

408hp is the highest i have seen for a stock block build. To my knowledge no one makes forged parts for this engine, ARP studs are something i am looking into but to be honest i dont know anyone who has had issues with head lift even at 60+psi boost.

@@mybalzarichi46 Dont need 327s. plenty of 300 hp builds on stock injectors with 80mm maf 4 bar map R 80 and 2200 mbar fuel pressure sensor. You do need a much bigger turbo than factory tho. 2260 is tried and tested now, pretty well supported as well.

@@rambo9130d Boost is tapered in, so full boost isn't until 3000rpm, otherwise the turbo surges in higher gears. But 2300-2500rpm you have over 400lbft
