It’s a great deck Martyn the layers remind me of double exposed films from back in the day. Aesthetically pleasing, love the Polaroid photo format, the bling 🤩 It’s gorgeous and potentially interesting for journeying, with those layered images. I would like to know why she chose Ankh to replace Sword, as I’m not sure how that would work personally given my relationship with the symbolism and mythology of both. I’m happy for changing depiction of suits if there is an energetic/elemental/symbolic connection, a hook; otherwise I see it as being more due to aesthetics and there’s nothing wrong with that but it would alter the energy of that suit as Ankh is a very personal symbol. I would love to hear from her how she came to that connection/decision. Does she give any information on that? Would love to hear how it reads for you when you’ve had chance to get into it. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼 🧡🌀💜

It's such a beautiful deck. Like you, I would've loved to see a little more information about the changes. But in all fairness, Leah probably didn't have enough room in the guidebook. I will ask her though ❤️ I have a feeling that this will be popular for sure. It's so cool that a deck like this is mass market ❤️

I knew i recognized it from somewhere! I got the true north tarot when they were getting rid of the last indie copies. So if i caught this right, Wild Lands is just a renamed True North? I thought it was something completely different... Glad to hear it'll be mass market soon! Thank you for the video 😊

yeah, I was confused because I had the version before the "True North Tarot," it was called "Dreamweaver Tarot," and I was trying to figure out what was going on with these different versions

Yes she started out as Dreamweaver Tarot, then True North Tarot and now she’s Wild Lands Tarot (here to stay). Everything is different with all versions and the first 2 are no longer in print.

I went looking online to see if someone had posted a video comparing the first two or all three in some combo but unfortunately there wasn't...do you think you would be able to do that if you kept personal copies of all three? I'd love to see all three side by side in a video to see the evolution / changes. Not that I need much reasons to buy something if it really interests me 🤣, it would help me figure out if it would be a good thing for me to buy a copy of Wild Lands 🤔
