I have a related question: What does the average Chinese Person think about the Flag of the Qing Dynasty? When you see the yellow flag, how does it make you feel? I have a Qing Flag and I would put it up, but I don't want to offend anybody.

Thank you for that interesting question. Some colors are also related to secret societies or triads too. Today, an average Chinese person who doesn't know much about the past history simply follows the political and social trends but much older generations may feel offended. We have had in our school modern made flags with red and yellow colors and black characters but it was made only to fit modern advertising and attract the public during shows. If you know what you're doing and can protect and explain in a way, that makes sense, then why not ?
