I’ve installed them in open stud garages that get direct sunlight and it holds up.

Super nice. Organizing my garage at the moment also. Unfortunately the garage wall is finished, has two layers of drywall making it 1.5" thick and there is fiberglass insulation behind the wall so the EZStudRack wouldn't work there. Going through many of your thought processes though on how to position things on walls and all that. Keep up the good organization fight! :)

Eugene just ordered the ez rack storage. Question I have electrical wiring that run down to plugs between some studs, can the wiring be moved or cut around? What do you suggest? Thanks you’re videos are great….

Howdy, that is a tough question to answer. Is it in a garage with expose studs? You should consult with a local electrician to make sure you’re not violating any codes. If it is in my house, and I plan on living in it for a long time, I would remove staple on the wire, and push it to the back corner of the stud, and install the racks. Then on each shelf, I would have to notch out the corner to allow room for the wire. but you should consult with an electrician to make sure you are not causing any problems. The wires are centered on the stud so if you put a screw in the wall hang a picture or anything else you do not damage the wire. Disclaimer: “ I am not an electrician, so I cannot give you advice.” Hope this helps.

Those work great if you have wooden studs. what to do if your wall is made with metal studs?

🤔 I’ll have to think about that one. Can you email me some pics? Eugenio@EZStudRack.com

Horizontals are joists and the angled ones are rafters… I think lol
