Sir can you please help in below : 1. How to calculate how much water reqd. for re-circulation? 2. In closed cycle how much water to take in slops for tank cleaning in CPP.

1) Every chemical has a dosing percentage. So, if MB has 3% means 3% of the water you have taken. If 5m3 in tanks means 150ltr of MB required for dosing. How much water depends on the chemical ROB, extent of cleaning required and framo pump suction. For a 3000m3 tank, 7-8m3 is enough, for small tanks, 2-5m3 enough for pump to take suction. Also, no of machines you intent to RC ( fixed + 2 portable?)

2) Closed washing, take water, closed cycle again depends on your slop capacity, no of tanks to be washed. Intent is to have as clean water for washing of tanks.
