Terrace water proofing first inspection of the area. It is single house or building. Cleaning and breaking and replastering with waterproofing compound. If single house then there is blanket waterproofing process. Jalli waterproofing rolls available. This will be fixed after one coat of waterproofing and then lay the rolls by sequence of slope with covering the parapet walls. Grouting at rainwater outlets. After that two coats of waterproofing. This will ensure full waterproofing and stops leakages. 10 Years you will be free from any problem if no damage to it.

That's not the way to treat rising damp. It won't last and the moisture by capillary action will just rise higher in the wall above the "treated" area. Secondly, the salt in the affected plaster will in time damage the paint coatings. This is only a short-term solution.
