You’re one creative guy to come up with this project, but dude, that looks like it took you a long, tedious time and patience to make these! I can’t believe you routed such small pieces with your fingers right there at the bit! You got yourself some big balls my friend. The card holders turned out really nice. Very unique project.

It's always nice to see another Woby video pop up in the feed. I really like your music choice and don't think those slick cuts that were timed to the beat went unnoticed. Definitely a slick, albeit tedious way to make use of those scraps, but man, I gotta applaud you for actually USING those pieces and making something from them. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. WOOO!!!!

One way to skip some steps would be forgoing the tabs on your CNC model. Since you’re using the double blue tape and cyanoacrylate glue trick, no need for holding tabs. It’ll save you time not needing to cut out the parts from the tabs or having to flush trim the leftover nubs. Love your work, Ben!

Such a clean, elegant, and cool design. Great overview of putting them together. Takes a lot of work to crank out a nice product like that. Thanks for sharing!

The fact that Total Boat used the iconic honey bear bottle for the finish is kickass.

This is my favourite project yet. The production of the raw stock from which you build your products is an artform in and of itself, so it's all the more inspiring to see you apply it so creatively in all the ways you do. thx for the vids king p.s. - loved the detail about j capacity haha

I'd love to see someone throw all those warped off-cuts into a woodchipper and press them into something like OSB boards and maybe build a surf shack or something like that out of them

Genuine question. What is the foldable spray booth even for if it's not closed completely? There's a big gap and you even spray yourself outside of the booth putting all those particles in the air outside of your booth. I'm confused.
@WobyDesign Жыл бұрын
Honestly it’s more for sanding for me at this point. It keeps the dust contained in one area so I don’t make the entire shop dusty.
