The difference is that they put impermeable material on inside of the wall to let walls to dry outside , when in America it is almost the crime to let walls to dry outside it must be stopped with OSB or even with another layer of foam

So, whose building standards are affecting whose nowadays? Europe to US or vise versa? Or is this example driven by manufacturing mat'l choices on the project?

Fire suppression already installed. Hopefully working when construction is all wood.

Hi Steve How do they go about fire safety? How is the wood structure fire protected? I’m an architect from Spain building now in US and in Europe fire protection is important.

The outer structure can burn to a crisp, while the inner structure only gets slightly warm due to 8 inches of rock wool. I am not sure about fires starting from inside. I assume that they have lots of sprinklers, and that the wood has some surface treatment.

The sprinkler system is quite obvious. I’m a couch potato in the US.
