It's a very scary thing that happens to people with ADHD, abuse issues, or just depressions of any kind.... Which sadly I am one of them... But I believe anyone and everyone could use this

Omg i had anxiety attack at work thankfully though my boyfriend and my supervisor was here to help me with it they even let me have a small break so that I can calm down I struggle with anxiety and overthinking things lol but yeah now i’m better 👍🏻👍🏻

I just realised how easy i can get anxiety attacks because I'm always on negative thoughts and i just got one a few days aggo and I know how that is because you can't just think so easy of positive thoughts and when I finally could think normal again I tried to just think that everything is safe and even though It doesn't feel safe it is and then I got out of It

It's the same with me honestly... Anxiety for me is like my life's in danger and usually that means I have to sit in someplace quiet and try and breath... So often times I overheat because of the stress and anxiety so I sit breath listening to something that comforts me often time music I can sing and try and take deep breaths and think of something positive

I love this video coming from someone who has a bad depression disorder and social anxiety I love this very comforting for me I have to take medication to make my body calm down mainly my anxiety because sometimes I would get an anxiety attack when I get to excited and sometimes it gets to the point I end up throwing up because of it luckily the meds I’m on help me a lot and I haven’t had a really bad one that caused me to throw up in awhile 💙

I know this is a weird request but could you do one where he goes with Y/N to a chiropractor appointment but he doesn't know what to expect? I had my friend join me for mine the other day and he was suprised to see the doctor have to basically bodyslam my spine and was shocked by how loud the bone crunching sounds were. I just think Wally having a mild panic attack in-character would be adorable and hilarious, especially since he probably doesn't have any bones lol!
