I'm HORRIBLE at giving art advice lol. My best adive is to just experiment! Do a quick drawing you like and play around with the shading in any way you can until you find something that fits!

He's from a horror arg called "Welcome Home" You were pretty right though, as the arg bases around a (fictional) lost show called "Welcome Home" and it's colorful cast of characters that live together in the neighborhood. The character in this video is Wally Darling!
