I got a roaster for the first time two years ago. I keep it stored in the garage...(any storage closet works) You know I served up shredded meats to a family gathering in it too. It's perfect for large get togethers to keep a main course warm if you host big groups. You can cook anything in it. Like a giant slow cooker.
