I wish Walmart would get in the Subscription Box game. I would LOVE a Walmart subscription box. And sounds like an episode of Super Store with those returned slippers. If you haven't watched the series run and do it now. It is loosely based off of Wal Mart clearly.

I worked retail as a second job when I was a single mom. The customer wore in her pair of slippers and exchanged it for on the rake for a new pair. They stole the new slippers by wearing them out of the store. This is not an uncommon thing at retail stores. The Walmart employee would never take back a wore out pair of slippers and then try to sell them.

Tip on washing those types of bras. Insert a large safety pin through the padding to keep it in place during laundering. I’ve been doing that for years & it takes care of that problem.

I got my True & Co bras from Target for 22.00 & I love them…I put mine in a mesh bag to wash & no problems with pad removal…I never put them in dryer…I like the skinny straps better… I did go up a size, too….Brenda

I worked in retail for four or five years in high school and college. It was really eye opening. That green coverup was a pretty color and I loved the waist detail. I also really liked the white levi's with the white sneaks. I sold my Converse for the same reason you discussed with the white sneaks. They were heavy and not flexible. Thanks for sharing. I thought I had seen all the cute clothes at Walmart-what adorable pieces from the dress, the slides, camisoles and kimonos. Everything was adorable. I visited a Walmart other than my usual one and found the green dress; I was thrilled. I will belt it and of course, wear it with a jean jacket. My jean jacket collection has gone from one to five!! I found the same problem at my local Wal-Mart. But I smelled the shoes before I found them put back in an open shoe box on the shelf. Nasty slip-on sneakers that were so dirty and stinky, you could smell them long before you found them!! Love the haul, Angela!

I can tell you exactly what happened with the slippers, the shoplifter who stole them in the first place, wore them in and swapped them over for another new pair on the shelf...it had Nothing to do with returned shoes for resale, and All to do with theift!!! A friend of mine was a 'store detective' for a few years... and the stories she could tell!!!😢😂😮 people do it with clothes too.... wear it to the event they want, then put tags back on and go do a return....thats why I always wash clothes before I wear them.... I just think about that and how many people could have tried it on before I bought it!! Yuk!!

I just have no words for those dirty slippers you found. I am definitely going to try one of those bras. I've been looking for a good bra for our hiking/camping trips and this one looks like it'll work. I can't wear underwire so this one looks very comfy to me. I do love the blue shirt with the lace trim even though it does look a little short. But, I have am short and have a short torso. I have noticed a lot of the shirt styles are cropped or shorter. I don't like anything too clingy to my belly area. All these looked great on you.

Hi Angela... did you ever consider putting your bras in a mesh bag? That way even if the pads come out they will be contained in the bag... have a good day...😃

That is a good idea but it is still a pain in the butt to put the pads back in every time. Hopefully the smaller slit on the top of this new bra will prevent them from coming out unless I want to pull them out. 😊👍🏻

Angela, I am so excited! I just snagged that Kut from the Kloth jacket on Poshmark for $24!!! Now if I could just find a good blue denim one! That’s so nasty about the slippers! It amazes me sometimes when you find shoes at other shoes stores also that are clearly used!

The black dress is very cute on you. I love it with the jacket. That bra style is sold at TJMaxx and Marshall’s and they usually sell two or three together. I have bought them and I think they are about 9.99-12.99.

Oh here is my slipper horror story. About 2 years ago I was at Walmart in the slipper section. I saw these cute bootie slippers perfect for winter. I picked them up and later I went to check out and saw I had a medium, I ran back quickly to get a small. So I get home and I'm so excited about my cute slipper booties. I looked inside one of the slippers and there was dried VOMIT inside! I was horrified and disgusted. Someone vomited inside them and left them hanging there. I threw them in the trash. I wasn't taking them back I was so disgusted.

Got another Golden Leopard jean jacket in Large for my daughter in law’s birthday. Website says they only have Xs but I filled in my email address if they get that size you need back in stock and they did so I just ordered it. You need to rename your channel “The adventures of Angela, Bentley and the jean jackets”! Love those jackets. Want to try to get one of those bras you mentioned. Recovering from open heart surgery and need something comfortable and supportive.
