Is it only available in Walmart? Sadly we do not have walmarts here in my country, so I was thinking about buying pokemon cards, etbs, pokemon boxes in Amazon, but im not sure if they are reliable and legitimate. What would you suggest for me to do

Unfortunately, this is only available at Walmart, so if your country does not have it, then the only other option is online sites like eBay.

I was told I should buy the paradox rift bcs its new and theyre not suggesting me to collect the older ones like 151 and crown zenith which are pretty cool in my opinion, but what do you think?

For some reason, they say CZ has better pulls and 151 for me I think is cool cuz of the nostalgia, but both set's booster packs cannot be bought individually
