I don't think they're printed. Probably left over stock that was bought up in bulk. Like lets say you got a warehouse or store of dated product. Move or sell it at a price to a discount/3rd party retailer and then they make a mash product of it.

I literally just bought 2 of the monster boxes yesterday. My secret forces were all warped like that too unfortunately. But in 2 boxes I got 2 IOC packs as my legacy packs and pulled an ultra rare super soldier and a secret rare chaos dragon envoy of the end. I can't complain. Lol I never had that card before and pulling a secret rare from a legacy pack on its own was worth enough for me. They are only $30 here tho. USD. Not sure what that converts to but it's essentially $3 per pack. Not really that bad. It's still RNG but it's fun to open them.
